As he backed out of the little house, Bubba looked up to see a very large robin headed toward him at break neck speed.

"Fly, Fly away fast!" cried the butterfly as she passed overhead. Bubba didn't wait to be told twice, he flapped his wings as fast as they would go, and headed for the nearby flower bush. He settled on a branch deep within the leaves. "Oh, my!" puffed Bubba, "I thought I was a goner."

"That was close," said the butterfly, "From now on stay with me."

Bubba agreed, "What shall we do now?" he asked.

"Well," cooed the butterfly, " I thought we would have some nectar."

    "Nectar?" Bubba looked puzzled.

"Yes," replied the butterfly. "Nectar is what butterflies eat, it is very sweet."

    "Like honey?" Bubba questioned.

"Yes, like honey," smiled the butterfly. "Follow me, these lovely little flowers should be scrumptious." The butterfly began to collect the nectar from the bright yellow buttercups on the bush. Bubba followed the butterfly's lead and began fluttering around and tasting the sweet little flowers.

"HMMM," he thought, "this is delicious." As he was collecting the nectar he heard a faint buzzing sound. "Sounds like a bee," he thought. "Oh no! Not a BEE!" Bubba turned quickly to fly away  and came face to face with the biggest bumblebee he had ever seen.

"And just what do you think you are doing?" grumbled the bumblebee.

"Ahhh, nah, nah nahthing," stuttered Bubba.

"Look pal," buzzed the bee. "This here is my bush, and my nectar. Got It?"

" Yes, Ssssir." Bubba stammered, "I was just leaving."

"Good," snapped the bumblebee. "Now buzz off! And don't let me see you back here again!"
