When you are out exploring the Wetland Eco-system, if you look closely you may notice animal tracks on the ground.  These tracks can tell you a lot about what kind of animal it is. To learn more about what animal tracks can tell you check the following links.

Download your field notebook and write down what you found out about your mystery animal.          

 

Now that you have identified they mystery track, it is time to step outside and look for tracks. Good places to look are in the sand, mud or snow. Once you have found some tracks, see if you can identify what animal they are from and what they animal was doing.
