Hi, how are you? Nice to know that someone cares about the hardworking people who ditch their homework to crank out webpages for your viewing pleasure. Anyways, here's a little about us...

While writing about good friends is almost always extremely enjoyable, writing about oneself is incredibly difficult. Luckily, there certain things that just have to be included in any story about Adrian and I. This makes my task a little easier. Thinking about it, there are probably three “keys” that are almost always involved when Adrian and I are together. The first of these is sword fighting. The second is chocolate. The last is dragons/horses (you might be thinking that horses and dragons aren’t really very similar, but if you consider it for a little longer, I am sure you will understand). Unfortunately, dragons are a little hard to write about without launching off into the realm of fiction and eating chocolate and sword fighting on horseback are two things we have yet to master. So, we’ll just stick with the first two for now.
One afternoon Adrian came over to my house. I’ve forgotten if there was a precise reason… Adrian comes over somewhat regularly. But anyway, she came over and we decided to make some tea and go see The Musketeer. So I made up a nice, warm pot of Earl Gray and we poured it into our travel mugs, jumped into my car and headed for the theater. Adrian came up with a rather melty Heath Bar and then we installed ourselves in the movie seats, propped our feet up and proceeded to get chocolate all over ourselves while discussing how chocolate and Earl Gray combined is really one of the most exquisite things you will ever taste.
Before long the movie started. We really did try to be good, but some things were just a little too laughable not to comment on. I do believe we got “shushed” once or twice before the show ended and by the time the credits were done, we had decided that we should have worn our swords and staged a better battle in the aisles while the movie was playing.
But our movie was over, our tea was gone and our chocolate eaten, so we decided to call it a night. It was an enjoyable night, however. Really enjoyable, apparently, because I believe it was about two weeks later that we went shopping for engagement rings....sort of. But that’s another story entirely. =)
