[Plagiarism] : [Assignments] : Week 6 Unit review and Evaluation
Unit review and Evaluation
It is time to reflect on what we have learned in this unit. Please write a couple of paragraphs (300 -500 words) reviewing the content of this unit on plagiarism. In addition, it is time to reflect also on how the class worked, what parts, activities, and experiences were useful and which parts can be improved, modified, corrected, etc. In this way we can try to make the unit better for those students who will learn about plagiarism the next time. One last thing would be to say good bye to all the people that we have met and with whom we have worked during these 6 weeks. Thank you everybody for putting your best effort and for making this a successful class!
1. Write a brief reflection (300 - 500 words) on what you learned about
plagiarism, summarizing, paraphrasing and quoting. In the paper discuss your
opinion on the importance of avoiding plagiarism, compare the three skills
(summarizing, paraphrasing and quoting) and their appropriate use. Feel free
to use any of the material that we shared in the class, including any of the
opinions voiced in the discussion board during the last six weeks. Lastly,
indicate what grade you think you deserve for your work on this unit overall.
2. Email your paper to the instructor as an attachment.
Note: Please make
sure that your paper is in rtf, doc, or txt format
when you email it, so students using a different computer platform can read
your paper.

1. For some of you this may have been one of your first experiences learning online. In this learning unit we have a chance to explore various ways to learn about plagiarism using a variety of computer mediated communication. It is very important that you give your honest opinion on your experience using this learning unit. I will pay special attention to your comments so I can continue to learn about how to create better learning environments.
Please write a reflection (300 – 500 words) addressing any difficulties, successes, problems, challenges and obstacles that you found using the technology for this learning unit. In addition, make sure that you include your suggestions, and any other comments that you think will be useful to make the class better. It would be great if you could also include a reflection on your process of learning online, how did you get organized, what seemed to work well and what didn’t.
2. Email your paper to the instructor as an attachment.
Note: Please make sure that your paper is in rtf, doc,
or txt format when you email it, so students using a different
computer platform can read your paper.
