Michael works in the Lower Mainland area as a consultant and instructor with the Vancouver School Board in British Columbia, where he enjoys teaching English Composition. He also teaches a very fun French for Travelers course, which is a combination of his final BA project in French Language Studies at Concordia, and a vocal and speech-therapy initiative that he researched for the student disability offices at both Concordia University and McGill.

While away from his desk, Michael enjoys keeping in top form by exercising and participating in meditation classes. He also enjoys singing, and spent two extraordinary years with the Choir of the Church of St-Andrew and St-Paul (the CBC1 in Montreal) where he contributed to the recording of well-over 100 performances for CBC Radio One. Today, he also sings with an amazing choir on the North Shore.
