Broken Arrow This is a great hike that goes up to some cool views, well worth it.
The downside is that the end is where some of the pink jeeps go. It
starts at the broken arrow trailhead on Broken Arrow road just south
of Sedona on 179. You hike up over some slick rock and dirt trail. You
will pass a sinkhole that is cool to check out before you come to a
fork in the trail. Left is Submarine Rock, which is a cool open slick
rock area with views of the valley. It isn't very far from the fork
in the trail. If you go right you head up to chicken point, which is
another great open slick rock area right near four cool spires. You
can go down the backside or return the way you came. |
