Join us to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the inception of Blue Key Honor Society at Northern Arizona University this Homecoming Weekend, October 23-25 2009.

The active members have been working hard to make this a memorable event for all NAU Blue Key Alumni

Tentative events include:

o SATURDAY
Join other NAU alumni for the Homecoming Parade in downtown Flagstaff at 11am and/or participate in the parade with other Blue Key members, meet at Beaver and Elm at 10:30am (Best viewing of the parade is by Heritage Square on Aspen St. between Beaver and San Francisco but can get crowded and quite rowdy. Also check out Beaver St. between Cherry and Aspen)
o Meet up before the game at the pre-game tailgate party, 1pm-3pm. NO glass containers. BYO beer and wine only. Blue Key's space is near the office for Pine Ridge Village. The Pine Ridge Village lot (#66A on a map) is a smaller lot just west of the two main Skydome lots. Check out a map of campus here.
o Join current Blue Key members (still tentative) during halftime of the football game on the Skydome floor for recognition of the Parade Grand Marshall, Homecoming Dedicatees, Homecoming Royalty, and Float winners.
o Meet up with Blue Key alumni at NAU High Country Conference Center (corner of Butler and Milton) for a dessert reception after the game at 7:30 pm (short program at 8pm). RSVP to nau60thanniversary@gmail.com or Kaleigh Martino at 480.262.8586 by October 14. Cost is $10 per person. Cash bar is available.

Please provide us with some memories of your time in Blue Key in the next few weeks. We also would like to invite previous Blue Key faculty/staff advisors. Please email those names to glenn.hansen@nau.edu .

Finally, the National Office for Blue Key underwent some changes around 1999/2000. Several Blue Key member names never made it to the National Office and are not on their registry. If you were in Blue Key at NAU from 1994-2000 or know of other members in the group during this time, please contact current Blue Key advisor, Glenn Hansen at glenn.hansen@nau.edu . Please include the dates of membership and any offices held if possible.
