Course development includes initial consultations and needs analysis of the training group, research and gathering of specialized materials for training, and the creation of course materials. Depending on the organization, GWA can provide qualified instructors for these courses or train your organization's trainers to effectively deliver the materials. Therefore, GWA's instructional designers can work with your organization to develop computer-based writing courses designed to fit the specific needs of your organization.

Online course development includes initial consultations including a needs analysis of the training group(s), research and gathering of specialized training materials, and the development of either self-paced or instructor-led training.
