A more comfortable Backpack...
One thing that I hear all the time from backpackers
is "my backpack is so heavy. One important thing to remember
with your pack is that you need to carry it up on your illiac crest
and not down on your hips. The illiac crest is your hip bone on the
side of your body. This is important because it puts all of the weight
form your backpack on your skeletal structure and not on you muscles.
Another thing to help you get a more... comfortable backpack is knowing
how to correctly pack the weight in the bag. This will make a huge
difference the next time you go out into the woods.
